With his parent at the drive in, sat in the back seat

Marveled at the actors on the screen

So far yet it’s became his dream

He knew he was bound for great things

It’s a time to make a difference

It’s a time to make a change

It’s a time to be happy

And celebrate

She was putting herself out on the stage

And told that she didn’t have what it takes

But her faith didn’t waiver that day

Because she knew she was bound for great things

Thought he was president but he lost

And he never gave up on the cause

He just found a different way

Cause he was bound for great things.

The stage may be a classroom or a store

Or just a smile that says it all

It’s what you do that makes your heart sing

Cause you’re bound for great things
